SEO expertElevate and Delegate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, with a particular focus on leveraging SEMrush for comprehensive keyword research and on-site technical SEO analysis. This role requires a blend of analytical and creative skills to optimize website content, ensure high rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs), and drive targeted traffic to our site.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth keyword research using SEMrush to identify opportunities for ranking improvements and content development.
Implement and manage on-site technical SEO audits using SEMrush and other tools to identify areas for improvement, including site structure, meta tags, speed optimization, and internal linking strategies.
Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing content and develop new content based on keyword research findings.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using SEMrush, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools, providing regular reports to the marketing team and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to ensure our website adheres to search engine guidelines and ranks highly across key search terms.
Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and rankings.
Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code and features.
Provide recommendations for improving the user experience (UX) on the website with a focus on increasing engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements
Proven experience as an SEO Expert or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
Expert knowledge of SEMrush and other SEO tools.
Strong understanding of on-site technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, and XML sitemaps.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytical tools.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in SEMrush and other SEO tools.
Experience in [specific industry] is a plus.
Knowledge of additional digital marketing strategies, such as PPC, social media, or email marketing, is advantageous.

Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $1000 - $2000 / month
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM CST
