Outsourced Doers is looking for an experienced, creative, and innovative SEO Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in producing engaging, SEO-rich content that enhances our brand visibility, drives web traffic, and engages our target audiences.
The SEO Content Writer will work closely with our marketing and creative team to create compelling content for our various digital platforms.
The primary purpose of the SEO Content Writer role is to create high-quality, keyword-focused content that aligns with our marketing objectives and SEO strategy. This role is vital in increasing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and improving our search engine rankings. You'll be responsible for researching, writing, editing, and optimizing a variety of content types, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, and web content.
Position Tasks and Responsibilities1. Research industry-related topics and identify gaps in our content.2. Develop SEO content strategies that align with the company's objectives.3. Write original, high-quality content for various digital platforms.4. Perform keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.5. Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.6. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.7. Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics.8. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).9. Update website content as needed and analyze content success.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies
Knowledge:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): A deep understanding of SEO practices, including keyword research, SEO copywriting, and website optimization. Knowledge of how search engines rank content and the factors that influence these rankings is vital.
Digital Marketing Concepts: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies, including content marketing, social media marketing, inbound marketing, and email marketing.
SEO Tools: Experience with SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools, to track website traffic, user engagement, and SEO effectiveness.
Content Management Systems (CMS): Knowledge of various CMS like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or similar, which are used to publish digital content.
