The SEO and Content Intern will primarily be involved in content creation and content management for ZALORA Philippines's online magazine, as well as the optimization of ZALORA's website. They will gain hands-on experience in developing and executing content strategy, SEO research, and general exposure to various channels of online marketing in the context of the fast-growing field of fashion e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
Write and edit articles relating to fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment
Research, pitch, and plan content calendar based on onsite campaigns, seasonality, current events, and trends
Understand and utilize various analytics to gain insights into what makes compelling content
Assist in building and coordinating with a network of internal and external contributors
Cover events and conduct interviews
Assist in improving the optimization of articles and web pages for search engines
Requirements:
Outstanding writing and editing skills - can research and write about different topics and edit other people's work for grammar and style
Interested in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and pop culture and keeps abreast of current trends
Analytical and detail-oriented
Can multitask and work under deadlines
Proficient in MS Excel, understand social media, and is generally tech-savvy - can pick up on new tools quickly
Experience in graphic design and/or photography is a plus
