Senior Web & Graphic Designer Job Description
 
Working closely with the marketing team to use your creative and artistic graphic design skills across multiple channels and modalities, to create engaging pieces encompassing brand guidelines for our target audiences within the cosmeceuticals industry, such as:
· social imagery and digital assets,
· promotional campaigns,
· EDM’s, brochures, packaging, posters,
· UX/UI web pages across multiple platforms such as WordPress, Shopify and Custom Builds,
 
Your main responsibilities will include:
 
· Graphic Design communication & creation in print and digital for a variety of audiences (B2C) and (B2B)
· Social Media Post Imagery and Campaigns design
· UI/UX web design on a wide range of client types from sports, luxury fashion and retail to healthcare and local government.
· Assisting in the execution of content creation (photo shoot direction and solid editing skills in Photoshop)
· Photo Editing
· EDM design (HTML or WordPress skills would be an advantage)
· Digital banners
· Online content design as per Marketing Team briefs (including gifs, videos, and infographics)
· Brochures, Advertising (both print and digital)
· Educational content (powerpoints, interactive pdfs and online training platforms)
 
You will have a huge advantage if you can demonstrate these other desirable skills:
 
· Photography or directing photoshoots
· Illustration
· Highly regarded: Experience within e-commerce or online retail/sales and social imagery and storyboarding preferably within the cosmeceutical/medical/fashion type industries.
 
Your profile will demonstrate:
 
· Qualification in a related field (Graphic design/Arts/Advertising)
· 5+ years’ experience in a graphic design role (B2C or B2B) ideally in an agency environment
· Very strong creative and artistic skills in design and conceptualisation, with the ability to follow a brief and provide rationales for your design choices and present your ideas
· Love of design, photography, typography and social media storyboards.
· Ability to multi-task and manage/prioritise multiple projects within agreed timelines
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Flexible, able to adapt and problem solve in a fast-paced and changing environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work autonomously as well as a team member
· Confident with CC Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator – Essential) and other CC would be an advantage, such as Adobe After Effects for video editing
· Strong knowledge and experience with social media marketing channels as well as website and e-commerce platforms
