The Senior Web and Graphic Designer will join our creative team and will be a strategic design expert and thought partner, responsible for conceptualizing and designing print and digital assets in accordance with our clients' brand standards.
The Senior Web and Graphic Designer's job includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including print and digital assets such as advertising, hero and brand images, logos, website design, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, brochures, and eLearning presentations.
He/she must have the creative and technical ability to create graphics that capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. Ultimately, the senior web and graphic designer must be able to deliver high-quality graphic content that presents the vision of our brands effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts, studies, mockups and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using relevant software
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Work with the copywriter and client to produce final design
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Digital Media or similar relevant field
- Highly skilled in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of WordPress web design is a plus
- At least 4 years of working experience in professional web and graphic design
- Strong ability to translate requirements into design
- Can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team
- A strong eye for design and visual composition with the ability to give and receive constructive criticism
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace environment
- Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent English
