Job Description Key Accountabilities : A problem-solver with ideas that challenge the ordinary - and the drive to bring them to life. An expert product designer with UI or UX chops that can take a challenge from concept to execution A strategic thinker with stellar communication and facilitation skills. A designer with knowledge of Service Design/Design Thinking to apply systems-thinking to complex problems. An amazing storyteller who can communicate ideas, concepts and designs to all levels of the company. A UI or UX designer who understands digital technology and can speak to technologists as well as designers. A designer who can solve complex visual and information-based challenges. A team player who thrives on relationship building. Have a strong working knowledge of UX or UI, Research, Service design and/or Design Thinking. Spark UX conversations across all stages of a project, translating business requirements and insights into memorable user experiences. Create design flowchart to understand, improve and implement seamless, coherent user experiences. Collaborate continuously with front-end development and business users. Work comfortably in an agile environment. We are looking for someone who has : A degree in Design or closely related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in UI and/or UX Designing. Must have an updated online or offline copy of works/portfolio Stellar visual design skills, including experience using Sketch, Adobe Suite, Axure, Figma and/ or similar. Deep experience with user-centered design methods and techniques. Design thinkers welcome! Strong communication skills and working with teams on large-scale projects. An ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a time sensitive environment. Proficiency with user research, particularly with a lean approach.
