We're looking for a Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can transform long-form content into polished, compelling videos for a fast-growing media arm within a crypto-focused organization. What You'll Work OnLong-Form Editing
Edit podcasts, interviews, narrated content, and educational videos
Build strong hooks, pacing, and narrative clarity
Maintain consistent editorial quality across all content formats
Turn raw footage into polished, distribution-ready videos
Short-Form & Social Clips
Cut clips for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Identify standout moments and repurpose long-form content into multiple short edits
Create captions, simple graphics, and platform-native variations
Upload and manage posting workflows as needed
Motion Graphics & Design
Build motion elements such as animated callouts, charts, transitions, and branding
Translate complex macroeconomic or crypto concepts into clear visuals
Maintain a cohesive design language across all assets
Content Operations
Collaborate with internal creators and leadership on what to cut and why
Manage exports, file organization, and delivery timelines
Use AI-assisted editing tools when helpful (Opus, Descript, etc.)
Support thumbnail creation and basic design tasks when needed
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics
Strong proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut)
Strong motion design skills in After Effects or similar tools
Ability to independently interpret direction and create clean, compelling edits
Strong sense of story, pacing, sound design, and visual polish
Experience editing interviews, podcasts, or finance/tech content
Organized, self-directed, and capable of delivering on tight timelines
Nice to Have
Interest in macroeconomics, crypto, or financial content
Experience designing thumbnails
Familiarity with AI video tools and workflow optimizations
Prior experience working with YouTube-first media brands
