As a senior software developer, you will lead in the full lifecycle of development for our software applications. You will work with colleagues in the same team and across departments to build high performance connected systems. Finally, as an experienced member of the team, you will help guide and mentor other software developers as needed.
Software programming/design
Project Units
Design project units from either
a scope or
guidelines or
a verbal description (for simple objects);
Code units as per design;
Manage time allocated to units;
Record actual time by project unit.
Development language and tools
Develop project units/objects in, but not limited to:
Microsoft VB.Net / .Net Framework;
Visual Studio 2017/2019
Microsoft T-SQL.
Windows Forms / DevExpress 3rd Party Controls
Team Foundation Service and Git
Jira, Microsoft Teams
Requirements
7+ years of proven industry experience and a degree in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience.
Practical experience developing complex systems from concept through to production rollout.
Strong attention to detail.
Presentation skills - ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand in English.
Problem solving skills.
Communication skills with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
