Senior UI/UX Designer
What are we looking for
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI/UX skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into captivating, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role you will:
Collaborate with management and dev team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
Maintain ownership of the product vision and roadmap and improve the product development process.
Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
Research user experience design requirements
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
About You:
5+ years' experience in Service/UX/UI design for mobile applications and web;
Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
General knowledge in Frontend skills such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
You have experience working with User Testing and Research;
You have experience as a designer working in an Agile team environment throughout lifecycle;
You have strong collaboration and teamwork experience;
You are passionate about best-practice design methodologies and technologies;
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
