JOB ROLES
The primary responsibility for this cyber security firm's React.js UI/UX Developer is to contribute in Product Design of the firm's cyber security software platform. This position REQUIRES in-depth UX design and wire-framing along with prototyping and ability to transform high-level requirements into a proof of concept. Additionally, you will contribute to the team's management of the data interchange between the firm's server application and their front-end application's API implementations. Your focus is to help design and develop new front-end components based on client feedback and product management business requirements.
You are part of a local scrum team integrating front-end elements into the back-end platform built by your co-workers. Understanding back-end technologies is necessary as well. You will work and assist pioneers in cyber security, as well as other engineers and developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure for the firm's security platform

RESPONSIBILITIES
Be involved and participate in the firm's overall application lifecycle
Apply your UI/UX experience in the firm's current and future applications
Create, modify, and enhance wire-frames and prototypes
Transform high-level requirements to proof of concept
Develop several API Integrations for both front-end and server-side logic
Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
Implementation of security and data protection
Incorporate various external APIs for connectivity and authentication
Integration of data storage solutions
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Help and support to other team members
Stay up to date with current cyber security best practices
Follow new and emerging technologies
Create reports and UI(s) using collected data.
Work on UIs for cyber security campaigns like phishing, penetration testing, reports, and training.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7 years experience as a Developer
5+ years solid UI/UX Designer Experience
5+ years related working experience - Front Development
2+ year solid Web API integration experience with ReactJS
Proficient in Wire-framing
Advanced understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
Efficient and high-performing implementations when processing large data sets, I.e. graphing, dashboard, data list
Strong proficiency with JavaScript
Expert in Responsive UI
Browser Compatibility
Good understanding of SQL skills (MySQL/MariaDB)
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Strong English communication skills; written and spoken is REQUIRED
Provide samples, working app, and/or portfolio
Excellent attention to detail and time/priority management
Ability to work on different shifts
Desire to work in a team; enthusiastic and passionate about your profession and want to make a valuable contribution
TECHNICAL SKILLS
UX Designer Experience in Adobe Products: Photoshop/XD/Illustrator
Knowledge of frontend frameworks - ReactJS, VueJS, Google Material Design and Angular.
