At TEN we're looking for passionate, motivated and resourceful individuals to join our APAC travel team. As our APAC Travel Trainer, you will use your skills and first-hand experience that you have developed in all areas of the travel industry and through your own personal travel to help us deliver unrivalled customer experience to our network of APAC members who want to explore the world.
We pride ourselves on being able to deliver a full range of travel products, services and experiences from Melbourne to Milan and Shanghai to Santiago. At TEN, you could be coaching an experienced lifestyle manager to help them complete a request one minute or delivering travel training to a team of new recruits the next. Every day and every member request is different and we need to make sure our team of Lifestyle Managers are equipped to handle them all.
This role will be part of the APAC Travel leadership team and will be integral to our continuing success.

Requirements
This role demands an unbridled passion for travel and exploring the world and the love of sharing your experience, skill and passion with others through coaching and mentoring novice and experienced travel professionals.

Global travel background
Energetic and motivated coaches who love to develop others
People who are passionate about delivering high quality and personalized training
Strong team players with good interpersonal and communication skills
People who love to use their initiative and creativity
Extensive experience working in a variety of travel company/roles(retail, wholesale or online)
Proven success in coaching, mentoring and leadership roles
GDS experience is preferred
Professional level of English
Cantonese or Mandarin as a 2nd language is preferred but not essential
Please note: This is a remote role in Philippines, and we consider the candidates who has right to work in Manilla or Clarke.
