As a Travel Specialist, you will use your exceptional customer service skills together with your passion for travel to fulfil personalized and customized leisure travel requests and deliver an unrivalled experience to our high-net-worth members.

Who We're Looking For
Travel specialists and travel enthusiasts who want open up the world for others
Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy being challenged
People who are passionate about delivering high quality and personalized customer service
Strong team players with good interpersonal and communication skills
People who love to use their initiative and creativity
Experience working in a travel company (retail, wholesale or online)
Proven success in a customer facing service position
GDS experience is essential
Amadeus is preferred
Professional in English and Cantonese (or professional in English and Mandrian) is essential
This position is a 40-hour work week with day and evening shifts, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays.
Please note: This is a remote role in Philippines, and we consider the candidates who has right to work in Manilla.
