Senior Training Specialist
Our company is looking for a Senior Training Specialist to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for compiling training topics from issues highlighted by the operations team and creating training programs (digital or virtual classroom) to address them
Ability to take customer issues and derive key solutions to mitigate future issues, and create training programs/modules to educate team members
Works with the operations team to ensure that training programs are actively created and implemented
Ensures that team members are actively completing the required training and assessments
Responsible for training team members adherence to curriculum, coordination of training-related tasks, and training track for all training procedures
Create and execute engagement programs that will support the knowledge and skills shared in the training programs
Schedule: US work hours (40+ hours per week)
Salary: Up to PHP 35,000.00/month
Location: This is a remote job.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Education, Teaching, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or similar
Experience all stages of training/program design (Analysis, Design, Development,
Implementation, Evaluation) (required)
Experience in creating digital learning materials (required)
Experience as an administrator of a learning management system (preferred)
Ability to create and implement engagement programs or organizational development initiatives to improve employee morale (preferred)
Tech-Savvy individual with strong facilitation skills, training experience, and strong leadership/coaching/mentoring abilities (required)
Possesses the ability to extrapolate big issues/concepts into specific solutions (required)
Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication in English (required)
Works effectively and has the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment (required)
Interested in tech, startup companies, thought leadership, teaching, and building things (preferred)
Experience with any of the following software: Discord, Loom.com, ClickUp, G-Suite (preferred)
Technical Requirements:
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
