What You'll be Doing Do you have a passion to train and guide others towards best practices Ready to help people reach for amazing In this role, you'll support and actively engage new hires and employees in a training environment. You'll work to make sure each employee is set up for success in their journey by registering associates for their classes and delivering high quality training. You'll report to the Training Manager. In this role, you'll impact learners through facilitating training programs. During a Typical Day, You'll Meet training completion goals Learn key business objectives, timeframes, and requirements associated with each training goal and class.
