SALARY : SG-19 (PhP 46,791.00) PERA: P2,000.00
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
20 % - Reviews and participates in the works of lower level specialists;
20 % - Conducts independent researches and studies;
20 % - Provides technical/instructional services to top beneficiaries;
20 % - Develops procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs as well as in formulating educational/training programs for a subject field; and
20 % - Performs other related functions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Good in oral and written communications/technical writing
Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
Good moral character and work ethics
Can work under pressure

Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to July 2019 and July to December 2019 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
Potential Assessment Forms (2nd Level) to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
Superior
Peers
Subordinates (if applicable)
Clients (if applicable)
Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
