JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties & Responsibilities:
 
Preparation of technical and commercial tenders: Preparation of estimates using Customer’s own inquiry and specifications.
Using electronics estimating tool to produce cost sheets.
Liaising with component suppliers when necessary.
Obtaining necessary approvals or liaising between departments in order to prepare accurate estimates.
Preparation and submission of formal quotation documents to Customer in a timely manner
Off site meetings / surveys with Customer as required
Processing of received Customer purchase orders:
Attending inter-department pre and post tender meetings
All technical and commercial amendments , discussion and negotiations arising from the submission of a tender throughout the process right up to the order placement.
Maintaining the integrity and professional image of EBATECH / EBAX to their Customers and Suppliers and assisting in the improvement and development of Tendering systems, procedures and databases.
Working as both an individual and within team to prepare and submit tenders to strict deadlines.
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
 
Candidate must a Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Electrical Engineer
With at-least 2 years work experience preferably in Construction.
Knowledgeable in Civil or Electrical Design ( Foundation , Control Building , Etc.)
With excellent communication skills.
Highly organized and systematic , able to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , under pressure and minimum supervision.
Able to multi-task effectively, highly organized , with good planning and prioritization system.
Keen attention to details , high commitment to quality output.
Team-oriented; proactive to help and care for the other members of the team.
Sel motivated, tidy and organized
MS Offices essential, strong Maths and English
Logical approach to problem solving, working under pressure to strict deadlines.
Experience in working in a commercial environment , tendering ( estimating), electrical engineering, manufacturing, any technical background)
