Job Qualifications and Competencies Requirement
• Education
▪ Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any Engineering courses.
▪ Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.
• Experience
• At least 3 years of industry experience in a Business to Business (B2B), Large/Strategy Customer Segment / Business Development /Sales & Marketing of Low Voltage to High Voltage electrical equipment and services or related products/services and/or related industry is required for this position.
• Technical Competencies (“Know-how”)
• Sound Technical Knowledge of the products and services offered by the company
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead/manage conference calls
• Excellent influence, negotiation and presentation Skills
• Supervisory Skills
• Behavioral Competencies (“Traits”)
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter and within a team environment
• Must have critical and analytical thinking, time management and problem-solving skills
