Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work with customers and technical resources to develop, execute and monitor project plans
2. Oversee and manage technical projects on our payments, cyber security, and advance technology divisions
3. Develop and execute communication strategies with the mid-level or first line leaders and stakeholders
4. Define and communicate roles for project team members, both functional and technical
5. Manage, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance individual performance
and develop team capabilities
6. Establish project budget, track spend and communicate current project burn rates
7. Ensure that requirements are contained within defined scope
8. Perform risk management planning, risk identification, and mitigation
9. Document and drive issues through resolution, escalating to the customer, supplier, and management as necessary
10. Manage customer and external supplier deliverables
11. Monitor and report on budget and schedule variances
12. Ensure sign-off on all major system deliveries by stakeholders
13. Perform vendor management and contract negotiations and reviews
14. Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization
Job Requirement/Specification:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
- Must have 7 -10 years of experience in the related field
- Possesses at least 3-5 years of experience in professionally leading teams and projects must have a total of 8 years of total experience
Others:
- Certified Project Management Professional or has equivalent certification
- Actual background and expertise in networks, programming, and/or other
technical knowledge a plus; Project deployment configuration of software for stores
- Hands-on experience in CMMI, ISO, Six Sigma, and other certification standards is a plus
- Has experience in handling financial-related accounts and large-scale integration and/or cybersecurity-related projects
- Background in Information Technology, preferably with development experience
- Possesses strong technical skills and background
- International experience is a plus
- Background in the Software Development Life Cycle software
- Has experience in developing software or has a background in software
development
- Exposure in Agile and Scrum
- Has handled different kinds of projects
- Must be an expert in MS Project or other project management tools
- Has the ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are a must
- Enjoys working with new and cutting-edge technologies and processes
- Must have a strong drive to push continuously upgrade and push the
envelope of innovation
- Enjoys working with people and liaises both with internal and external
stakeholders, like upper management and clients
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with strong leadership
- Good organization and planning skills
