Mynimo is looking for a Senior Team Leader capable of helping our growing sales team!
Key Responsibilities:
Set clear team goals and KPIs
Meet and exceed Sales Attainment and Tier 1 Targets
Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
Do regular performance evaluation
Assist with client negotiations
Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
Develop a well designed and motivating evaluation program
Communicate with teams about their performance
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Plan and organize team building activities
Supports sales manager / operations manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office
Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
Assists management with hiring processes and new sales team member training
Answers sales team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
Communicates deadlines, expectations and sales goals to team members
Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards
Reports Monthly and Quarterly sales operations performance through regular business reviews.
Manages the lead pool and ensures excellent penetration and conversion of leads.
Qualifications:
Have been managing an inside sales team for the last 2-3 years.
Experience selling in B2B with solid sales and negotiation foundation
Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers especially at the executive and c-level
High-level of proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
Self-starter who works independently and proactively;
Experience with organizing training programs
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
