Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven, experienced team leader who will be responsible for supervising, overseeing, leading, managing, rewarding and motivating the Client Services Team.
The primary role of a CSO Team Manager is to ensure that CSO Operations runs smoothly both on a Service Level and Quality standpoint. This includes pushing the team to meet teams and individual KPI's and using defined metrics to maximize these efficiencies to work towards our SLA and Satisfaction goals.
The role includes assisting the CSO Team Leaders with their tasks, professional development through Leadership Trainings, as well as driving performance within the team. You will also be expected to carry out high importance tasks and will be integral in the discipline and upskilling of the rest of the CSO team.
Qualifications
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand, uphold, and adhere to Damstra policies and procedures
Ensure team completes documentation/data entry as required
Be able to provide in depth troubleshooting on process or system issues within Damstra Technology. This includes collaboration with other departments to achieve desired results.
Look for opportunities to improve the performance from a process and system perspective. Complete submission of change request as required.
Outline projects for process improvements and manage these projects to completion. This includes engaging other teams and managing the expectations of the Head of Global Services in completing these projects.
Display clear and concise English communication skills both written and verbal
High level of attention to detail and an attitude towards continuous.
Address client or internal escalations and create actions to rectify the situation.
Able to provide feedback reviews and contact customers regarding the feedbacks given most especially the feedback given for improvement of Damstra system and/or its employees
Provide leadership to the entire CSO team including but not limited to one-on-one training and upskilling as required
Ensures KPIs are being met for the CSO Team.
