Accountable Manager for AIM & HSEQ Team, and operational point of contact of the team for both internal and external parties.Duties and responsibilitiesOverall
Actively contribute as a member of the LT to develop leadership and to support MLT in organization building.
Organize and lead the team.
Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and AIM & HSEQ Manager.
Collaborate with Department Manager and stakeholders to develop a strong and cohesive team.
Proactively identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance process efficiency and quality within the team.
Manage and develop the team, ensuring they possess the competence and capabilities needed to deliver results.
Set and follow up on annual goals for the team based on input from the BUs and MLT through Department Manager.
Collaborate with Stakeholders to address matters related to the team's culture, behavior, and any escalated concerns.
Administrative
Approve the following in the systems:
Timekeeping and leave applications
Expense reports
Ensure the team's compliance with company policies and alignment with TEAM values.
Work together with Department Manager to manage and monitor the team's budget, and approve team-related POs and invoices.
Qualifications
Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Information/Systems Engineering or equivalent (with an MA degree an advantage)
Significant education and experience in Asset Information Management, Lifecycle Information (LCI) or related disciplines
Demonstrates broad multi-discipline engineering understanding, including familiarity with ISO and NORSOK standards
Proven leadership in managing people, processes, and information systems across project and operational phases with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to influence and collaborate
High level of integrity, with good management and organizational skills
Hands-on experience with engineering and AIM Systems (e.g., AVEVA AIM, PIMS, 3D/2D CAD, CMS)
Deep understanding of metadata governance, engineering numbering systems, and document/tag relationships
Experience implementing change management and adoption of digital tools in complex organisations
Ability to manage cross-functional geographically dispersed teams (onshore, offshore)
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage clients, regulators, and internal leadership Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritazion skills in a fast-paced environment
