Qualifications:
Must have 4+ years minimum proven work experience as a tax accountant with an Australian accounting firm.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar discipline.
CPA Certification is a plus.
Proficiency in LodgeiT is highly regarded.
Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, and other accounting software programs.
Proficiency in MS 365 and Sharepoint.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is a must.
Must be Work from Home capable from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Preferrably someone who can start asap
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparation of BAS / IAS returns.
Preparation of Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets and depreciation schedules for business clients.
Preparation and lodgment of income tax returns for individual and business clients.
Reviewing of client accounting records in predominantly XERO and other software like MYOB, Quickbooks, etc. to provide accurate and timely management reports.
Assisting in a range of taxation matters including FBT, CGT, income tax, Div7A and GST.
Providing assistance with administrative roles (e.g. ASIC corporate register).
Starting salary is Php 70,000 depending on experience.
