Position Title: Senior Tax Accountant
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Salary: Starts at Php 75,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT
Your Responsibilities as Senior Tax Accountant would be:
• Preparation of BAS / IAS returns.
• Preparation of Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets and depreciation schedules for business clients.
• Preparation and lodgment of income tax returns for individual and business clients.
• Reviewing of client accounting records in predominantly XERO and other software like MYOB, Quickbooks, etc. to provide accurate and timely management reports.
• Assisting in a range of taxation matters including FBT, CGT, income tax, Div7A and GST.
• Providing assistance with administrative roles (e.g. ASIC corporate register).
Qualifications as Senior Tax Accountant:
• Must have 4+ years minimum proven work experience as a tax accountant with an Australian accounting firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar discipline.
• CPA Certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in LodgeiT is highly regarded.
• Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, and other accounting software programs.
• Proficiency in MS 365 and Sharepoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is a must.
• Experience managing multiple clients.
• Must be highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Must be a team player.
