Prepare accurate income tax returns for corporations (Form 1120)
Send draft of the tax return to client along with information request
Update and review the tax return according to the client's response
Send completed tax return to Tax Director for final review
Assist with set up of tax workpapers as needed
Assist with researching tax issues to identify solutions
Assist with other tax requirements throughout the year (e.g., 1099's, W-8's, DE Franchise Reports, Extensions, etc.)
Offer support and guidance to clients' questions throughout the year
Keep track of industry trends and changes related to taxes
Is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Has 3+ years of US Corporate Tax experience
Trainable to new processes with strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Highly motivated and desire to grow with the company
