1. Ensure compliance to all government reportorial requirements
2. Filing of income tax returns and submission of mandatory requirements of BIR/SEC etc
3. Preparation of General Ledgers and lapsing schedules
4. Preparation of Financial Statements
5. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with tax regulations
6. Maintain all required tax documents
