THE POSITION
As an IoT Engineer you will join the team responsible for IoT protocols (i.e.. LoRaWAN, BLE, MQTT, Wirepas, WHART etc ). You will join the team building a solution that will bring the urban mobility experience to a whole new level.
Tasks & responsibilities
Optimize and improve the existing IoT network and applications
Design and deploy new IoT infrastructure (i.e.. LoRaWAN, BLE, MQTT, Wirepas, WHART etc )
Design and develop new functionality for Application development (+ to have one or more environment knowledge Microsoft IOT, Azure IOT, PTC, INMATION, SAP etc)
Design and develop new functionality for Application integration via (HTTPS, MQTT, Tago-IO, Azure IoT hub, AWS IoT Core etc)-
Collaborate with code review for different embedded projects and team members
Collaborate with other members of Hardware and Software engineering teams
Support on daily administration, troubleshooting and change control management for IoT networks
Requirements
Soft Skills
Previous LoRaWAN, Whart, Wirepas and BLE related product experience.
Previous IoT platform knowledge (Microsoft IoT hub or AWS IoT)
IoT software creation using python or other languages
RF Knowledge (Wireless, BLE, LoRaWAN etc)
Have excellent communication skills in English and great team spirit.
Open mind-set and ability to argue

Motivation- Curiosity- Autonomy
Mandatory Skills
Some experience in the electronic industry preferable (in hardware and/or software design)
A master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent qualification
Technical Skills:
Have a good understanding RF technologies (i.e.. LoRaWAN, BLE, MQTT, Wirepas, WHART etc )
Have passion to technical innovation and leading-edge technologies.
Have a keen interest in developing our newest smart platform technologies.
Have an analytical and problem-solving spirit.
Have a good understanding of Python, JavaScript and other programming languages.
Have a hands-on experimental mind-set to drive lean innovation.
Have a good understanding of LoraWan technologies, Gateways, Sensors (Tektelic communications will be +)
Have a good understanding Sensor integration with Applications. (+ to have one or more environment knowledge Microsoft IOT, Azure IOT, PTC, INMATION, SAP, etc)
