Responsible for development and implementation of FWD business system that will support different functional areas and BAU processes.
The systems developer conducts systems analysis, technical design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance support. This role will perform full stack development using the relevant technologies available.
Conducts system analysis and design, process flow modelling (such as Sequence, DFD, Workflowetc.), and client process re-engineering.
Recommends solutions or workarounds to customers business issues.
Provide effort estimation.
Perform full stack systems development and enhancements to support business needs using the appropriate technologies
Perform unit and integration testing
Prepare and review release instructions for production implementation
Assists in testing and production environment setup.
Participates in system testing (SIT) and supports user acceptance testing (UAT)
Provides system solutions where applicable
Collaborates with FSA and other technical resources to ensure that the solution is aligned with the requirements
Ensure that organization policies, procedures and standards (such as SDLC, Security, Audit guidelines) are met in the delivery of the solutions.
Assist in turnover of production support knowledge transfer for newly released changes
Conduct Systems troubleshooting as needed
Ensure that product delivery incidents are tracked and updated
Assists in user procedure manual preparation as needed
Maintain a CR log and regularly updates the progress
May collaborate with different IT functional area for assessment of product improvements
Regularly submits management reports
