SENIOR SYSTEM ENGINEER
Job Overview:
As a Senior Sr. Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust and scalable web applications across the entire software development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to build cutting-edge solutions that meet the business requirements. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, combined with your leadership skills, will contribute to the success of our projects and the growth of our organization.
I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ERP Software Development.
Researching users' requirements, designing and writing new software, database, module, changes, and updates.
Evaluating new and existing software systems.
Designing testing plans for newly developed software.
Performing QA testing on software systems; finding faults in software systems; and correcting faults found in software systems.
Maintains current software and database systems.
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines.Develop system integration plan between the IoT machines and software applications.
Reporting and Analysis based on the software data.
Deliver daily, weekly email reports to the Program Manager and Development team on the efficiency and status of the software system created or maintained.
Obsessed with performance, and have experience with instrumentation and monitoring services to ensure the application is behaving as expected
Industry experience developing customer-facing web and mobile applications
Experience working with designers to create great-looking, highly usable user interfaces
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their professional growth.
II. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledgeable in Javascript, Typescript, and Angular (with at least 5 yrs experience)
Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases and experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database systems.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying applications to cloud environments.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience in building and consuming them.
Familiar with different programming languages
Understanding of WebSocket implementation is a plus
