Job Summary
The System Administrator is primarily responsible for the company Infrastructure Monitoring Management including, Security, Troubles and Alerts, Maintenance notification & configuration, or other general administration task in/of servers and related network equipment used by Infrastructure Department globally. Monitoring functions include coordination with Developers, Engineers, Support team, Evaluation of Security access in DC and reporting to Department heads. Creating trouble tickets for proper management of cases involving Infra team. The team also coordinates with third-party providers of outsourced services as well as Company's internal/external clients.
Requirements
IT/Networking/Security/Internet Skills
Knowlege / experience in Linux, Windows, BSD or related server operating systems.
Network technologies --- routing, switching and firewalls, DNS, IPv4 and IPv6
Knowledge with Server Configurations and Setup ( RAID/LVM/Virtualization Technologies)
Team player , Interpersonal skills , proficient English oral and writing skills
