Senior Support Analyst (L2/L3)

As a Senior Support Analyst, you will be involved in designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
Job Requirements:
5+ years' experience in Unix & Java, Oracle, and FileNet.
Strong in Service Delivery and support activities, Troubleshooting, Analytical Skills, Client Focused, Applications Health Checks, Automations, maintenance and Change-related activity.
Hands-on experience in API, Web Based Applications, Scripting, and Automation.
ITIL process with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc.
Job responsibilities:
Provides application software development services typically in a defined project.
Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements, and maintains software applications.
Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code
Ensures system improvements are successfully implemented.
