About the role
The Senior SQE role will primarily focus on providing technical and administrative supports for IQC to ensure effective implementation of controls and procedures and continuously drives supplier quality performance level meet NEXPERIA set of standards.
What you will do
1. Material Quality @ IQC
Inspection requirements are clearly defined in the SPECS and QDS/TDS SPECS are agreed with the supplier in order to ensure compliance to NEXPERIA requirements.
Evaluates the quality data of raw materials under IQC, reviews and recommends improvement actions in order to reduce the no. of materials undergoing IQC.
Production Support to ensure timely release of materials from IQC to production
2. Supplier Quality Management
Performs Supplier Audits based on Annual Audit Plans or as deemed necessary by Quality/Operations group.
Monitors supplier quality performance and drives continuous improvements.
Work out resolutions of supplier quality issues thru 8D process and ensures that all rejected materials will have timely disposition.
3. Observes rules and regulations on Environment and Safety, 5S methodologies and company policies and procedures.
What you will need
A graduate of BS Engineering, Material Science or related discipline
With at least 6yrs working experience in Engineering, Quality, Supplier management or equivalent.
Experience in semiconductor is a plus
Familiar with Quality Systems (iATF16949 & VDA 6.3) and preferably certified Lead Auditor.
Knowledge in 8D Methodology, 7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, ESD procedures
Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings and familiar with IQC measuring tools/equipment.
Good communication and inter-personal skills
