Job Description
The Finance Sr. Supervisor - Accounts Receivable will manage, monitor and oversee claims settlement activities, with focus on multiple regions
Develop procedures and internal controls that drive harmonized approaches across business units, subsidiaries and customer groups.
Supervise, train and provide technical support to 3 - 5 Rebates Analysts in processing customer rebate claims timely and accurately
Analyze customer deductions to determine if valid and work closely with A/R - Collections to resolve any variances between deductions and payout while looking for trends.
Support SOX Controls by organizing and delivering documentation required by internal and external auditors
Resolves most issues independently. Seeks guidance on more complex issues. Utilizes creative problem solving and critical thinking to develop alternative solutions
Ensure that 'service level agreements (SLA's) and key performance metrics (eg. compliance, turnaround time, accuracy) are achieved
Interface with business partners with regards to process changes, upgrades and enhancements
Work closely and coordinate with internal and external functional teams/ department functions such as Sales operations, Logistics, Revenue, Client support, etc.
Manage files, records, transactions and other office procedures and maintain audit trail
Assist with key periodic (month end close, quarter close, yearend etc.) business activities
Ensure Rebates Settlement meets all internal controls requirements and external customer satisfaction
Support enterprise-wide ERP, Rebate tools implementation
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or equivalent.
With minimum of 3 years experience in Accounting specifically on Accounts Receivable Role.
With exposure in Shared Services working environment is advantage.
Experience for being a Team Leader is required.
Proficient on using MS Office applications.
Knowledgeable in Oracle or SAP.
Keen to details, Hardworking, Focused and Confident to multi-task.
Strong familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
Has a good communication skills (both oral and written)
Flexible to work on Dayshift or Midshift schedules.
Able to work in Technopark Binan City, Laguna.
