The Strategic Sales Senior Manager oversees the day-to-day sales operations management to deliver sales targets and build long-term business growth for the company's most valuable customers. Ensuring in-depth understanding of the customers' business dynamics, market positioning, and long-term business goals, whilst being able to strategically position the company (and its products/ solutions) as the preferred partner to drive growth for the customer versus competitors, to achieve long term mutual business objectives.
Skills and Competencies Requirement:
Knowledgeable in sales forecasting and sales planning
Comprehensive understanding of the business --- the selling operations, the role of the products/ brands and knowing what buttons to push in order to deliver the target
In-Depth Customer Understanding and Relationship Management
Comprehending Customer's business operations, their long-term strategic goals, and their business dynamics (ie, decision making process and DMUs, business processes, policies, etc.), and finding a way to work efficiently within those given dynamics
