We're looking for an Senior Specialist, Process Excellence, APAC People Services to join our APAC People Support team, based in Manila, Philippines. In this exciting new role, you will be focusing on creating a #magical experience for our employees based in APAC. Responsibilities
Drive the identification, consolidation and prioritisation of People Operations-related business problem within the region
Work closely with Regional and local People team stakeholders to review current processes and work towards a Regional design that is fit for purpose and which allows for local specifics/nuances
Drive discussions with stakeholders on process standardisation and/or optimization strategies
Serve as a change agent for training/transitioning stakeholders as well as our market entities to the new ways of working as part of the Shared Service Delivery set up
Work with Management team to determine requirements for new initiatives or projects and manage the implementation towards its intended outcomes
Build a culture/ways of working to embed a continuous improvement mindset amongst team
Requirements
People are your passion! And you have a stakeholder oriented mindset
University degree in Economics, HR, Business Management or equivalent
At least 3-6 years working experience in a similar role with relevant experience in process standardisation and/or optimization
Equipped with Lean Six Sigma certification
Previous experience in HR will be a plus
Resourceful, process-oriented with the ability to independently navigate to resolve challenges especially in fast paced environment, has a self-starter attitude and an eye for details
Excellent communication and interpretation skills
Energetic and highly motivated, with a business drive and growth mindset
Exceptional Google suite skills (particularly Powerpoint and Excel)
Familiar with Process-related tools including Signavio, Visio, and the like
