THE POSITION
As part of the Global Central HR Service Team, the role supports the Organizational Master Data (OM) Maintenance. OM Service are provided for more than 70 countries across all time zones. In close coordination with the GBS HR Process Management, the role ensures that the processes are executed in high quality and in compliance with the guidelines in all regions of the world.
Tasks & responsibilities
As part of the OM team, the role supports the global execution of global OM processes, this includes
Creating and maintaining organizational structures and positions in SuccessFactors
Monitoring of open positions
Monitoring and maintaining the SF job catalog
Maintenance and setting up of the organizational structure, including positions and jobs
Support and advice regarding the systemic implementation of complex / large reorganizations
Implementation and advice regarding the systemic implementation of mass changes of employee data and organizational master data
Requirements
1-2 years professional experience in HR, ideally first international experience, business fluent English
Ability to successfully work across countries / functions; Intercultural Competence
Good analytical skills
SAP PA & OM and/or SuccessFactors experience is optional
