Role:
Conducts research to gather material in order to prepare reports containing company information, background research and information on key contacts/management teams, competitor analysis and other pertinent information needed by the sales teams. Consolidates information gathered into reports and or presentations. Conducts research on existing and prospective clients that would aid sales teams in understanding the decision making and selection criteria of the clients. Build a database of client and market information that would serve as a resource for future research needs. Ensures that SLAs and process protocols are adhered to and that processes are followed and are put in place to mitigate risks.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Meet all the SLAs set by the business for the process in terms of timeliness and accuracy proactively report any issues to the Team Leader or Manager.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address issues identified by the team and prevent the recurrence of identified issues.
Actively drive and deliver productivity and efficiency initiatives implemented by the team.
Must be knowledgeable of the company's products and services and keep abreast of industry events that may affect the company or our clients.
Prepare reports/presentation on prospect or client data to assist sales team focus on target markets/prospects, differentiators and product gaps.
Conduct market research of target markets/sectors.
Conduct market or competitor research analysis.
Have the ability to understand the process, including those processes within the Client Reporting and Sales groups, and review of all the activities independently and in a timely manner.
Perform tasks of defined processes or procedures and check for errors.
Actively communicates with the home location to provide updates on tasks and discuss any identified issues.
Answer queries in relation to the responsibilities and tasks completed.
Report volume of work, KPIs, RCA and initiatives of the team to stakeholders including managers and home locations on a monthly-basis.
To provide support to other teams in their deliverables on instances of downtime within the core function.
Maintain Detailed Procedural Analysis Documents (DPADs) as needed and ensure that any change in the process is updated in the DPAD in a timely manner.
Encourage team members to consistently think of ways to mitigate risk in the course of operations.
Respond flexibly to the needs of the current situation, amend own work program to deliver client requirements.
Provide support to management in the implementation of strategic initiatives and achievement of business goals.
Ensure deliverables are in accordance with the audit points.
Attend team meetings with home country to receive feedback and deliver as per the expectation.
