Description:
The job holder defines the priorities considering the available resources and ensures that all accountabilities are generated accurately, in due time and cost-efficient by the assigned function heads and employees.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support in implementation of the GBS Center Network service integration strategy for Finance and HR.
Ensuring that GBSC and ITSC MNL always operates on the highest possible quality standard without exceeding the agreed budgets.
Requirements:
approx.3+ years professional experience in different financial positions( Financial Accounting and Reporting)
Must be a CPA
experience in leading projects
Strong communication and interpersonal and inter cultural skills
Strong assertiveness and strongly driven by facts
Strong analytical, holistic conceptual thinking skills
Improvement skills with a strong drive to achieve results
