Better starts and ends with the customer
We'll look to you to ensure that excellent quality service is delivered to our customers, through attending to correspondences and reporting performance against quality measures across our call center. You'll be performing a variety of complex customer-focused activities, working independently, with internal Western Union colleagues, and with external banking partners. It's fast-paced and important work.
You have a bachelor's degree, with experience in a similar role within a global organization. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at using Microsoft Office programs as well as audio/video conferencing facilities. You will use your multi-tasking skills to produce quality work in a dynamic team environment.
