JOB SUMMARY
Senior Sous Chef assists the Executive Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and supervising kitchen staff. The role involves overseeing food production, maintaining consistency in dishes, and ensuring efficient kitchen workflow.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary role.
A culinary degree or relevant training is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Has leadership and supervision skills
Creativity in food preparation
Attention to details
Problem-solving skills
Communication and team work skills
Works with integrity
Willing to work in Cordova, Cebu
