Assists the Executive Chef in all Commissary, Outlet, and all Stock Related and Stock Management Operations
Assists in maintaining effective food control systems by determining menus, purchasing needs, defining quality specification, observing food products at receiving, storing and issuing
Ensures food is at highest quality at all times
Work Experience
Senior Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in large scale international or high brand name hotels.
Strong leadership skills, passionate, motivated and a team player
Strong in the A-Z of Commissary, Hotel Banquet, and Stock Management Operations
Remarkable skills in guest satisfaction & handling
