SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER (AWS Infrastructure and Security Engineer)
 
What You Will Be Doing?
Design, build, operate, and manage AWS environments.
Optimize and automate cloud infrastructure.
Design and manage network architecture.
Implement and manage system security measures and vulnerability management.
Handle incident response and troubleshooting.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and enhance system performance and security.
Perform cost estimation at early project stages and implement cost-saving measures.
Design and implement logging, monitoring, and operational strategies.
Perform other related infrastructure, network, and security tasks.
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time and within the capacity of the employee by his/her Immediate head.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience in designing, building, and managing infrastructure using AWS.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience in incident response.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
At least two of the following:
In-depth knowledge of network design, construction, and management.
Experience with firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and network protocols.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with server and network security.
Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, and the like.).
Understanding and experience in implementing security best practices.
Nice to Have:
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security - Specialty).
Deep knowledge of cloud security.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
Experience in designing and managing large-scale infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices.
