Key Responsibilities
Manage the team of software developers (20+)
Work with the BA Manager, QA Manager and scrum masters as part of the engineering leadership group
Staff development and performance management
Solid experience in software development practices and methodologies (Agile)
Maintain and improve engineering processes (including automation)
Ensure compliance to procedures and processes
Ensure code reviews and all QA procedures and processes are followed and improved
Use reporting, metrics and alerting to monitor team productivity

JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Qualifications
7+ years' experience in software development including 3+ years' experience in leading large teams
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
Strong people management skills
Strong understanding of build tooling and CI/CD experience
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Demonstrate curiosity - asking "why/how" is actually a great thing. Experimenting with what works and new directions helps us improve.
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All candidates must be Work From Home / WFH-Capable :
PC/Laptop with atleast Core i7 (quad core), 16gb minimum, 256gb SSD minimum, Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Atleast 10mbps minimum internet speed.
