JOB DUTIES:
Provide Solutions
Code Solutions
Help other developers.
Will do code reviews.
Contributes to the technical process or best practices of the group
Designs properly for changes that span multiple Modules.
Can work on multiple platforms and modules efficiently.
Can provide estimates and the actual work hours are close to their estimates.
Can breakdown tasks
Can adjust to new technologies
Develop key system features, functionalities on time and with exceptional quality.
Provide technical guidance in implementing system features. Research, Prototyping technologies.
Ensuring the quality of output (QA process, Design/Code Review, etc)
Interfacing with customers (internal/external), gathering requirements and ensuring these requirements meet the business objectives of the group
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT or other related programs
Licenses & Certifications
Master’s Degree or units in Computer Science/Engineering is an advantage but not a requirement
Related trainings, seminars, licenses and certifications is an advantage but not a requirement.
 
Years of relevant experience:
At least 8-10 years solid experience 5+ years’ experience with software design and development (DB design, Software Design)
7+ Working experience with the software development process Full-Stack Developer
Has software lead and or project management experience
Experience with requirements gathering and converting to system design
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Experience with mobile, web platform design and development
Experience with web/mobile API integration Experience with QA automation and QA process
Experience with system/application maintenance (Version management, Bug Reporting and Resolution, etc.) Experience with developing on IDE frameworks (Eclipse, Workbench, etc)
 
 
Knowledge:
Knowledge in the following Languages & Platforms

Skills:
Hard Skills
Having built medium- to large-scale software from scratch (from conceptualization to deployment).
Prior experience in prototyping new or unfamiliar framework/technologies.
DevOps experience, or having to interface and work with clients and/or non-technical personnel in translating business requirements to software specifications and design.
Solid foundation on data structures and algorithms and havingwritten code in multiple programming languages using best practices and design patterns.
Technical Skills
Very high understanding of object-oriented development techniques and theories
Knowledge & Experience with finance app integration (payment gateways)
ERP programming and or development
C/C++, embedded development

Physical Demands
Work is mainly sedentary in nature and does not require special physical demands.

The employee’s work location will be mainly office-based except for special circumstances related to the performance of the job or work-related activity with the prior approval of the immediate supervisor.
