QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in computer science, engineering or IT relevant field. Essential
- 5+ years of experience managing technology projects; using SCRUM-based Agile methodology. Essential
- 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master with multiple teams Essential
- Experience with frameworks such as .NET, .NET Core Essential
- Experience coding in Angular, Typescript, Javascript, HTML, CSS, bootstrap Essential
- Experience building and consuming Web Services, Web API's, and REST API's.
- Experience building distributed multi-tier applications using C#, ASP.Net and MVC Essential
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure/AWS Essential
- Experience with Microsoft Entity Framework, or similar database modelling framework Essential
- Experience with DDD and TDD Essential
- Experience understanding of UML (Unified Modeling Language) Essential
- Experience in Object-Oriented Design and Programming (S.O.L.I.D Principle) Essential
- Experience with various operating systems, including Linux and Windows. Essential
- Experience and use debugging programs in the software development stage. Essential
- Good understanding of software design and programming principles. Essential
- Tertiary qualifications in related technical / business areas or equivalent work experience Essential
- Good English communication skills Essential
- Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills Essential
- Ability to analyze and design business processes and improvements (implementation of LEAN or Six Sigma Principles) Essential
