Role Summary:
Social Media is a key driver in growing the Photobook Philippines business by growing the customer base, engaging the market, and converting engagement into sales. As the Social Media Executive, you shall be responsible for handling all social media channels and influencer campaigns to drive the growth of Photobook Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develops the social media strategy to drive new customer acquisition, app downloads, engagement, and conversion into sales
Manages all the social media channels of Photobook Philippines including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,Twitter, Youtube, etc.
Should have a good understanding of social media marketing, the target audience and its behavior
Tracks all the changing social media trends and digital landscape
Produces and publishes content for all social media channels
Works closely with counterparts in HQ in implementing and localizing the Photobook global social media playbook
Has knowledge of Facebook Creator Studio and other social media platforms with functions similar to as such
Has knowledge of producing, hosting and managing livestreams on social media
Influencer, KOL, and Affiliate Management
Develops strategies to drive new customer acquisition, app downloads, engagement, and conversion into sales
Tracks the relevant KOLs and social media groups to enhance the overall brand reputation and extend reach through influencer channels
Researches and identifies opportunities for Photobook Philippines to engage with influencers
Establishes and manages relationships with existing KOLS and social media groups, and build with new ones
Executes and implements the influencer, KOL, and affiliate campaigns for Photobook Philippines
Works closely with counterparts in HQ in implementing influencer, KOL, and affiliate strategies for campaigns
Performance and Analytics
Has knowledge on social media analytics and reporting tools including but not limited to Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
Provides performance reports of the social media and influencer campaigns with analysis and recommendations on a weekly basis or as needed
Regularly monitors the competitor social media accounts and competitive analysis report
Partnerships and Events
Works closely with the Partnerships Marketing Manager in promoting partnerships and events through social media and KOLs
Tracks all social media activities of the existing and new Partners
Assists on all events participated in by Photobook Philippines from planning, implementation and monitoring
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Education : College/university graduate, preferably with a degree in a
Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
Experience : 2-4 years experience as a Social Media officer / Account
Executive in an advertising / PR agency; extensive experience in managing influencers and social media groups; experience in hosting a livestream on the following channels but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee and/or Lazada
Software Application : MS Office or Google Docs, Adobe Photoshop
Other Requirements : Has valid and unexpired passport
Other Skills : Must have excellent communication skills esp in English
Must have excellent negotiation skills
Must have excellent rapport
Must have an initiative
Must be a team player
Must be an organized multi-tasker
Must be resilient, enthusiastic and committed
Must have a good eye for design
