Senior Salesforce Engineer | Cebu, Philippines
We are looking for a detail-oriented, solutions-focused Senior Salesforce Development Lead to join our team. You'll use Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Pardot, CRM Analytics) and third-party apps to design, enhance, and implement effective and scalable solutions across business functions. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll deliver complex solutions and multitask in a dynamic environment. Analyzing requirements, proposing software design, guiding developers, and setting Salesforce standards are key responsibilities. Reporting to the CEO, you'll play a critical role in implementing Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
Leverage Salesforce to build comprehensive solutions, improving business processes.
Analyze complex requirements, produce thorough business and system designs.
Configure, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions and integrations.
Provide comprehensive solutions aligned with internal customers' needs.
Develop coding standards, participate in cross-functional communication, and work on complex projects with minimal guidance.
Estimate and prioritize user system requests, manage configuration changes, and remain updated on Salesforce releases.
Drive user adoption, provide training and support, and ensure license compliance.
Communicate project status effectively and maintain system health checks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or IT, with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong functional experience in Sales Cloud, Pardot, and CRM Analytics.
Extensive technical expertise in Salesforce, including configuration, integration, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and data conversion.
Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs, HTML, and XML.
Familiarity with ETL tools is a plus.

Salary: Php180,000.00 - Php230,000.00 per month
