We are seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst who will work as an extension of the U.S. sales operations team. This role will involve a fast paced environment with tight project timelines, high level of collaboration with iboss's U.S based sales operations team, strong knowledge of financial modelling including updating product price sheets and the review and approval of deal desk pricing escalations.
Responsibilities
• Work directly with the internal sales team to manage updates to pricing rate sheets
• Review and approve deal desk pricing exception request to ensure they align with the corporate objectives
• Work closely with sales and operations to assist in the creation of financial models for territory sales representatives
• Oversee a local team of deal desk analyst to ensure company service level agreements are being achieved
• Be a quick learner to master the companies' internet order processing software within the first 60 days
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, or a related field preferred
• Mastery of Office Excel
• Background in finance, FP&A or similar roles is a plus
• Strong understanding of standard Office 365 software such as Microsoft Office
• Strong command of the English language
• Background working for SaaS software companies is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while achieving time sensitive deadlines
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours on East Coast time (EST)
• Experience working cross-functionally among teams and business groups
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated; possess outstanding self-discipline
• Familiarity with Salesforce software is a plus
