In this position, you will help drive sales growth and improve Sales Team efficiency by working with stakeholders to initiate and implement customer data collection, organization, and analysis projects. You will work closely with business managers to ensure data quality and accuracy in our systems and establish a database that captures key information about leads and customers.
Key functions:
Leading specific CRM data analysis projects; presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Leading projects to improve Salesforce and other CRM tools being used by the company.
Working with our team of data specialists to improve the quality of our current data.
Working with stakeholders to develop data maintenance standards and processes.
Overseeing data mining projects; working with our Development team to obtain customer data from new sources
Leading specific projects related to driving sales performance for our Sales Team
Focus areas:
Working with CRM data, preferably Salesforce
Sourcing external data and data acquisition
Managing data integration, data matching and alignment projects
Working with Salesforce Data Loader
Working with databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
