4+ years of Windows server administration with a solid understanding of MSSQL and Microsoft Azure Portal including offerings.
3+ years of experience with automation tools like:
Advanced Process Automation (RDA)
Automation Anywhere (RPA)
Power Automate (RPA)
Working knowledge of:
Firewall rules
Service Now
Microsoft AKS
Kubernetes
Docker, Containers
Soft skills:
Business acumen, ability to relate activities to Manulife business model.
Constantly learns from both success and failure.
Good verbal and written communication.
Capable of working independently.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
