Market Job Description
Provides maintenance and implementation support for moderately complex treasury management products and services. Serves as a point of coordination for clients throughout the customer life cycle, providing installation and training expertise as needed. Ensures customer implementation data is accurately captured/recorded, and systems are correctly installed. Communicates product dependencies and establishes timeline for implementation. Acts as a liaison between the client, sales officers, vendors, Relationship Managers and client services as needed to deliver quality services that meet client needs. May present training options to clients. May perform post implementation analysis.
Market Skills and Certifications
•Some college/2-year degree
•1-3 years of relevant work experience in the financial or BPO industry
•High proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
•Intermediate to advance level of communication skills, both written and verbal
•High attention to detail and accuracy
•Demonstrated organizational skills, project management knowledge, and exceptional time management skills
•Treasury management is preferred but not required
•Strong multi-tasking ability
•Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
•Self-starter, can adapt to self-paced learning and producing exemplary output
